I wish I could take credit for it, but National Walking Day is the American Heart Association's big idea. (Although I accidentally "renamed" it in the video below - woops!)
Still, it is one of my favorite days and a great excuse to celebrate! with a couple of goodies for you, dear reader and fellow walker. (Links are below the video)
