How to Maximize Your Walking Workout

Confession time: I love to eat. I mean, I really love it. I've almost never met a food I didn't like, and the creamier, richer, or spicier, the better. So it probably won't surprise you to know that the holiday season is one of my favorite times of year. 

What might surprise you is that, even though I pretty much eat what I like this time of year, I've also managed to keep my weight in check for the last ten years. How? By stepping up my walking routine. 

In today's six-minute video, I share some tweaks you can make to your mindful walking practice to to ensure that it also "counts" as your exercise practice. (I'm all about getting the most bang for our walking buck - especially during this busy time of year!)
