How to Feel More "Grounded" in the New Ten Minutes

I love the word "grounded". (As in well-balanced and sensible - not 'no-movie-with-friends-tonight'!) 

If you're a grounded person, you've really got it all together, know where you're going, and have a sensible, workable plan to get there.

There is no time like the present to get up and get walking. Unlike other exercise routines or mental/spiritual health practices, you won't have to wait long to experience "results". Mindful Walking in Nature starts "working" to calm a busy mind and energize a tired body almost immediately!
