I love the word "grounded". (As in well-balanced and sensible - not 'no-movie-with-friends-tonight'!)
If you're a grounded person, you've really got it all together, know where you're going, and have a sensible, workable plan to get there.
But let's face it...no one is that kind of "grounded" all the time. Thankfully, Nature can help with that, too. Click the image below to see what I mean (in 4 minutes and 59 seconds...aren't you due for a quick break anyway?)
There is no time like the present to get up and get walking. Unlike other exercise routines or mental/spiritual health practices, you won't have to wait long to experience "results". Mindful Walking in Nature starts "working" to calm a busy mind and energize a tired body almost immediately!
Congratulations if you are one of those folks who has told me about your new-found love of this simple practice! I'll resist the urge to say I told you so. : )
If not, let me know how I can support you on your own path to a more peaceful, powerful and productive life. Happy trails!
