The perfect All-in-one Practice for Busy People (Or 'How I Manage to workout, be mindful, and learn')

While I love my role as a teacher and "encourager" (as one MW recently put it), I am also committed to being a lifelong student. 

Of course, like yours, my life is pretty full. People are often surprised when I tell them that I read at least a book a week on a wide range of topics such as mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, exercise, healthy living, nutrition, psychology, mental health, business and marketing, parenting, etc.
