Going with the "Flow" During the Holidays

I'm cooking a like a fiend for Thanksgiving today but just wanted to send you this really quick note while the turkey is still roasting - and before my hungry nieces and nephew arrive - to let you know how grateful I am to have you in my life!

Without you on the other end of the blog, The Mindful Walker would still be just an idea bouncing around in my head. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for joining me on this journey. The best is yet to come...

Now...

I know that the holidays can be a stressful time, but I've put together a quick video for you (from my living room because of the wind!) that I hope may help you use your mindful walks to weather this year's busy season with a little more grace and a lot less stress and pain.

Pour yourself a glass of whatever makes you feel calm and happy and hit the play button (C'mon...aren't you about due for a 4 minute and 46 second break anyway??)

Stress is a part of life but remember that mindful walking can easily be your personal path to non-resistance and perpetual "flow" - even in the midst of holiday chaos. (It's saved my sanity more than once!)

I always welcome your comments on our YouTube channel, over on our Facebook page (where I also share lots of great quotes and phenomenal nature shots) or via good ol' fashioned email. Frankly, it just feels good to know you're out there and that you're picking up what I'm laying down.

Here's to a peace-filled and pain free holiday season! Don't forget to pass it on...
