You're Already Fine. Here's How to Believe It

The truth is that we are all born with innate wellbeing. But somewhere along the way, we have learned to feel as though our wellbeing comes from somewhere outside of us, from our circumstances, our possessions, the people we associate with, our accomplishments, our smarts - whatever. 

Fortunately, none of that is true and feeling better could just possibly be as easy as a walk in the park. I explain in the video.

Some call this the "inside-out understanding", this idea that we are already OK, enough, and fundamentally fine at our core, regardless of what's going on in the outside world.

No matter what you call it or how you choose to characterize it, I invite you to take a walk and let your own heart give you the truth. You are wiser than you think. You may just need to get reacquainted with the source of that wisdom.
