Use Your Eyes to Become More Mindful

One of the things I love most about mindful walking is its simplicity. After all, most of us already have the walking part down pat!

Sometimes, however, the being "mindful" part - especially in the context of a full and busy life - can be trickier than it seems on the surface. If you have ever found it challenging to "ground yourself in presence" while you're out for your walk, the exercise I share in today's 5-minute video might help!

Simple exercises like this one can help us become a little more mindful every day, not just when we're walking, but also when we are going about our everyday lives! This is one you can do wherever you are.
