The Link Between Decluttering and Decision-Making

As I write this, I’m preparing for a Five-Day workshop all about simplifying the areas of our life that tend to get complicated over time - our space, our schedules, our finances, our diet, and our self-care. This is a pretty big departure from the things I’m normally talking about here at The Mindful Walker.

Things like, say, walking. And mindfulness.

But there IS a method to my madness, because taking some time to simplify, clear out, and declutter opens space and when we have space, in our lives and our thinking, we tend to also have a lot more clarity. Watch today’s video to see what I mean. But be warned: It may make you want to drop what you’re doing and clean out a closet!

Want to experience some of that clarity for yourself? The Simplifying Workshop is now available as a self-study program. (Including all the assignments and recordings of the daily live videos!)
