If you haven't yet gotten into the "groove" of walking regularly, I totally get it. Fall is a crazy busy time for most of us, and it can be tough to even imagine adding yet another item to your to-do list.
BUT...Fall is also one of the absolute best times to start (or restart) taking an occasional walk in the outdoors - what we call mindful walking.
