When I started my life as an entrepreneur, I had a 3-month old baby and a toddler.
I had just left my job as a TV news anchor and health reporter. (The hours were awful and I was sick of spending nights and weekends away from my little ones.) So I went searching for something better. I believed there had to be a way to make a living that was
Less Soul-Sucking than a corporate job
Since then, I have been a magazine publisher, a freelance science writer, a website designer, an editor, a marketing consultant, a Kindermusik educator, a sales rep for a supplement company, a voiceover artist, a model, an actor in TV commercials, a college professor, a professional speaker, an online course creator, a workshop leader, an author, and a life and business coach.
If you are a woman and an entrepreneur, there is a good chance I’ve been where you are
Today, I help other women navigate this nerve-wracking, patience-trying, sometimes scary but always exciting adventure that is life as an entrepreneur.
Because I know how hard it can be to feel like you’re out there on your own, working hard for your family and your future, wondering, every now and then, if it’s all worth it.
Here’s what I want you to know…
You CAN do this.
You can do it with kids. You can do it with a houseful of pets. You can do it with or without a spouse. You can do it in less than perfect health. You can do it if your house or your office is a wreck. You can do it without selling your soul. You can do it with purple hair. (I am!) You can do it when you’re not sure you can. You can do it in alignment with your values. You can do it in a way that is peaceful, fun, uplifting, purposeful, and highly profitable.
I know you can because I did. I’m here to show you the way.
